Pilot readiness checklist

You don't need all of this before reaching out. These are the things we'll work through together.

Leadership alignment on fatigue management goals
Union or labor awareness (approval not required yet)
A target shift group or station for the pilot
A wellness coordinator or internal champion
Willingness to run a 30–60 day evaluation
Members with existing wearable devices (any brand)

Common questions

How much does a pilot cost?

Pilots are priced based on department size and duration. We’ll scope this together during the intro call. There are no hidden fees or long-term commitments during the pilot phase.

Do our members need matching devices?

No. FatigueIQ works with Apple Watch, Garmin, Oura, and WHOOP. Your crew can use whatever they already own. We normalize the data across all devices.

Will leadership see individual member health data?

No. Leadership sees aggregate crew readiness only. Individual health data is architecturally separated at the database level. This is enforced by row-level security, not by policy.

Do we need union approval first?

Not necessarily. Many departments start the conversation with union leadership in parallel. Our privacy architecture is designed to pass union scrutiny — we can help frame that conversation.

How long does a pilot take?

Typical pilots run 30–60 days with one shift group or station (15–30 members). Onboarding takes about a week. We evaluate together at the end and decide on next steps.

Is this a medical device?

No. FatigueIQ is an operational intelligence platform, not a diagnostic or medical tool. We do not make clinical assessments or treatment recommendations.
